I think it looks purer that way. While the Countach is most often remembered for its later, aggressive look with all the flares and arches, I think the cleaner earlier ones really looked like bella macchina.

I should have looked at the title! Not that much visual difference between a 5000QV and a LP500S, though. All the wings and fender skirts and so forth.
